Telehealth commerce where every order waits for a doctor
OGMTD connects patients with licensed physicians for personalised treatment plans. We built its store around a medical flow: choose a goal, complete an evaluation, and pay only if a physician prescribes.

/ Overview
OGMTD is a US telehealth platform. Patients choose a health goal, complete a medical evaluation and are matched with licensed physicians, who prescribe when appropriate; licensed US pharmacies dispense. It serves patients in 47 states and Washington, D.C.
/ The challenge
Prescription treatments are among the most restricted categories in e-commerce. Payment can't be captured until a physician approves the order, availability depends on the patient's state, and the store has to be explicit about what is and isn't FDA-approved.
The products are complex too. One treatment comes in several forms, types and strengths, which adds up to more than a hundred variants that patients need to choose between without confusion.
/ What we built
Goal-first navigation
Patients start from what they want to achieve, then move into a protocol survey instead of a product grid.
Authorise now, charge on approval
Checkout authorises the card and only takes payment once a physician prescribes.
Multi-axis variants
Treatments modelled by form, type and strength in Medusa, with a picker that keeps 100+ combinations simple.
Eligibility built in
Care limited to supported states and adults, with live video visits where state law requires them.
Safety-first product pages
Safety information and FDA disclaimers on every treatment page.
Education hub
Articles, a podcast and videos beside the store, so patients get answers before their evaluation.
